How to Cultivate Conscious Relationships

Our Buddhist Lama taught us that all Tantra begins and ends in the heart. Both literally, through the practices we teach, and figuratively, as a metaphor for your motivation to practice.

According to our Teacher, correct tantric practice should generate more love, more connection, and more compassion for yourself, your partner, and all beings.

Healthy, loving, enriching relationships with ALL sentient beings are at the heart of Tantric Buddhist theology and practice. And yet, our intimate relationships are often the most conflicted, and where we confront our deepest woundings and experience the most pain. And because our culture provides very little guidance on how to navigate these dark corners of wounding in our hearts, this is the point at which many relationships disintegrate.

What if you had a reliable set of tools that could help you address the most painful issues of your relationship with clarity and love?

What if there was a system that allowed you to cultivate conscious relationships filled with more love, more connection, and more beauty in your intimate relationships every single day?

My Sex Is Medicine Guests, Judith Ansara and Robert Gass have spent the past 50 years doing just that!

They have spent their lives teaching methods to support individual and couples in cultivating conscious relationships and using intimate connection as a path of personal healing and spiritual realization.

Watch our Sex Is Medicine interview where they share their professional insights around:

  • What it means to have a conscious relationship
  • The practices of a conscious relationship
  • Relating from a place of authenticity, self-responsibility, and deep listening

Very beautiful and helpful and for me timely as I prepare to dive deeper with lover and reveal myself authentically in a conscious way as I navigate a particular trigger that reared its head again just a week ago.
