The Healing Power of Cervical Orgasms!

Your cervix, (if you happen to be fortunate enough to have one) is a potential wonderland of exquisite sexual sensation.

The cervix is one of the few organs of the body to boast triple innervation, with the hypogastric, pelvic, and vagus nerve all contributing pressure sensitive pathways to this erogenous zone.

In fact, your cervix is even MORE densely innervated than your clitoris! How’s that for a well kept secret?

In Tantric Buddhism, the cervix is the bottom end of the Uma Channel, aka Shushumna Nadi, aka Central Channel.

The Uma Channel is the CORE (think tree trunk) of the energy body and where “enlightened” consciousness resides in the human form. The root poisons of ignorance, attachment and aversion are purified in the central channel, which is why mindful sexual pleasure and orgasm are considered to be so supportive to the path of spiritual realization.

Every orgasm is literally a glimpse of enlightenment, and cervical orgasms, being a direct portal into the central channel, are the MOST potent type of orgasm due to this.

In the genital reflexology system associated with Taoist sexual teachings, the cervix is the “heart point” and stimulation of this zone can catalyze deep emotional release and opening.

Physiologically, the vagus nerve, which regulates the parasympathetic nervous system also connects directly to the cervix.

So directly stimulating the cervix (and experiencing cervical orgasms) allows you to “hack” into the vagal pathway, inducing all the vagal benefits of increased immune system function, improved physical and emotional health, greater resilience to stressors and triggers, and deep feelings of relaxation and well being.

Your sexual pleasure is a gateway to health, wealth, and longevity and you DESERVE to know, understand, and explore this!

So how do you go about awakening this pleasure zone to experience this type of orgasm?

There are a few things to keep in mind:

#1- Your cervix is one of the most highly innervated places on your body, which means that it is naturally very, very sensitive. Because of this high sensitivity, this area is also prone to damage. There are several “common” medical procedures that may cause damage to the sensitive nerve endings in the cervix, so it’s important to start off knowing that your cervix may be either numb, painful, or even hypersensitive because of this.

#2 – Arousal is hugely important! Don’t attempt direct cervical stimulation for the first time when your internal erectile tissue is less than fully engorged. That’s like trying to drive a sports car in the middle of winter without warming up the engine. If your pleasure scale is 1-10, with 10 being orgasm, allow yourself to “warm-up” to around a 7 or 8 before approaching the cervix directly.

#3 – Relax and breathe! Deep breathing is the key to relaxation, and relaxation is the key to accessing pleasure! If you tense the body and contract the pelvic floor muscles you are cutting of blood flow that is important for engorgement, and, when you are “tense” your nervous system is in a defensive circuit, which does not support optimal sexual functioning. So make sure you stay relaxed, aware, and present in your body!

#4 – Connect the pleasure points! Awakening new pleasure zones inside your yoni is facilitated BY… Pleasure! Make sure that you continue to pleasure your clitoral glans or another reliable pleasure zone while simultaneously stimulating the cervix. This will help dissolve any defensive “armoring” that is being held there. Connecting 1 reliable pleasure zone to another unawakened pleasure zone by stimulating both areas simultaneously is one of the fastest and most effective methods for somatic sexual healing.

  1. Amazing! Is it that the cervix should be reached by the head of the penis to be stimulated i this way or a dildo may be a better way to reach it?

    1. Great question! I say both! The head of the penis massages the cervix during penetrative intercourse. If a cervix owner doesn’t have a penis handy, a dildo or even fingers will work also. I say use all available resources 😉
