Student Liaison Services was created to support new students in accessing the wealth of resources offered throughout the course of IATE’s programs for certification.
In addition to being one of our Tantra Mastery Instructors Lucia also provides support as our Student Liason Leader and BIPOC Affinity Group Leader for current students + Alumni.
Lucia Vasquez is a Certified Authentic Tantra® Practitioner, a trauma informed ABS Certified Sexologist, Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach, Tibetan Medicine Therapist, Provisional SSE Somatic Sex Educator, with additional studies in Business, Kink/BDSM, Curanderismo and bodywork. Specializations include working with disabilities, mental health, sexual abuse, LGBTQ+, and SWs.

Rogue is a genderqueer/trans non-binary Certified Authentic Tantra® Practitioner specializing in queering tantra, and special integration circumstances, representation, seeing tantra in the world around us, and the tantra kink venn-diagram.
Rogue is also apart of our adjunct faculty, assisting with grading exams from students in our Authentic Tantra® Certification Program and supporting students through our liason services.

Rev. Lorren Z. Buck, MDiv is a sexual liberation theologian whose healing activism reflects her bold sentiments that the Creator desires people to experience pleasure and healing from the legacy of sexual violence and theological malpractice. She is blurring the lines between the profane and sacred under the moniker The Pussy Pastor. This to her is a holy act of resistance.
Pastor Lorren is also a certified Authentic Tantra® practitioner, certified pole instructor and consultant who leads healing retreats across the country. She is living out her pastoral call as a spiritual entrepreneur through her LLC, The Theological Institute for Sexology. There she supports seekers on a pilgrimage towards self-acceptance, sexual exploration and spiritual discovery.

I’ve navigated a profound journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation—from overcoming menopausal challenges to delving into therapy and exploring past traumas. The integration of tantra practices not only revitalized my personal well-being but also positively impacted my professional life, fostering conflict resolution and harmony.
Driven by a desire to help others facing similar challenges, I’m exploring the potential of coaching. I aspire to create a safe space, drawing from my transformative journey to make a positive impact on others’ paths of healing and self-discovery.

Carmen Shakti is a certified Authentic Tantra practitioner, a sensual bodywork expert, model, courtesan, visual artist and writer, and advocate for sex worker’s rights. She co-wrote and performed in the 2016 production of The Hooker Monologues, a play that told stories from the perspectives of a diverse group of sex workers and allies to the sex worker’s rights movement. She has served on the board of the sex worker’s rights nonprofit PACE Society and has been involved in various harm reduction efforts in Vancouver and Edmonton, AB.
