Why Your Tantra Practice Is Vital To The Planet!

There is a lot of unrest on this planet right now, and a lot of us with open hearts and deep empathy may feel a bit of hopelessness and despair at the overwhelming amount of pain and conflict happening on a global scale.

There may be times when we feel powerless and wonder how we can make any kind of positive impact in a world which seems so committed to violence and steeped in pain.

I recently was given a message by my “Self” about the true source of power, and how that source lies within each and everyone of us.

It is through our practice of mindful connection to self that we are able to tap in and access that power within us.

The more attention we place on that source of power within us, the larger and stronger it grows, until it begins to translate out into our physical experience, and begins to affect and impact everything we think, say and do.

The 4 pillars of Authentic Tantra are the tools we use to connect with and cultivate this inner source.

I share more about this in the video below.
